Cancellation Policy
I strive to provide the best service to all my clients. To ensure that I can accommodate everyone, I have implemented the following cancellation/late/no show policy:
Cancellations or Rescheduling with 24 hours or less notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
Cancellations or Rescheduling with 8 hours or less notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 8 hours of your scheduled time, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Late arrivals: 15 mins or less will result in an expedited service. Please advise some services may not be possible due to time constraints.
If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
No Call / No Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
